Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our products or services. This role requires a data-driven mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with digital trends to drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Analyze Performance Metrics: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms to optimize strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and relevant content for blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- SEO Optimization: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, design, and product teams, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Budget Management: Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in digital marketing roles, including managing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and web content formatting.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant areas.
