Data Entry Specialist at BairesDev

Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our database systems. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of data with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input data into various computer systems and databases with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Verify and review data for discrepancies or errors and make corrections as necessary.
  • Maintain and update data in the database systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and generate reports, summaries, and other documents as required.
  • Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure the quality and accuracy of information.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and handle a high volume of data entry work.
  • Assist with data extraction and migration processes as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve data-related issues and queries.
  • Maintain documentation related to data entry processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Data Entry Specialist, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with [specific database software or tools, e.g., SQL, Salesforce].
  • Basic understanding of data management and analysis principles.
  • Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
