Social Media Manager at BairesDev

Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, managing our social media channels, and driving engagement to enhance our brand presence online. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to align with our marketing goals and brand objectives.
  • Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Campaign Management: Design and implement social media campaigns, promotions, and advertisements to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Community Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, addressing inquiries and managing online conversations in a timely manner.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics and KPIs. Use insights to optimize strategies and improve performance.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Adapt strategies and content to maintain relevance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members, designers, and content creators to ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
  • Crisis Management: Identify and address potential issues or negative feedback on social media platforms promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Skills:
    • Proven experience with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
    • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to create visually appealing content, with experience using graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) a plus.
    • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and generate actionable insights.
